What are the shipping costs?
Our standard shipping rates start at:
The Netherlands: from €4.95, including full Track & Trace
European Union: from €7.50, including full Track & Trace
International: from €15.50, including full Track & Trace
Orders above €50 receive free standard shipping automatically.
Please note: shipping costs may vary slightly depending on the packaging option selected (e.g., gift boxes).

I just placed an order. Can I still change or cancel it?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to edit or cancel your order once it has been placed. To process your order as quickly as possible, we send it directly to our warehouse right after payment is completed.
Because of this fast processing time, we’re unable to adjust or cancel orders, or change the shipping address.
If you made a mistake, feel free to contact our support team, we’ll always do our best to help where possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours on business days.
Delivery times vary by country:
- The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1-2 business days
- France, Luxembourg: 2-5 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 2-5 business days
- Other EU Countries: 3-8 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Please note that carriers do not process or deliver orders on Sundays and public holidays.

I received a damaged or incomplete order what should I do?
If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.

Every piece of jewelry comes beautifully presented on a premium display card and includes a free jewelry pouch to keep your items protected when you're not wearing them.

What materials do you use, and how should I care for my jewelry?
Materials we use:
- 925 Sterling Silver long-lasting and perfect for sensitive skin.
- Messing a durable copper–zinc alloy, often used as a base with a gold layer.
- Gold Plated a high-quality base metal coated with real gold.
- Silver Plated a base metal coated with a thin layer of real silver.
Care tips:
- Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or working out.
- Apply perfume first, let it dry, and then put on your jewelry.
- Store your pieces in a dry, dark place (like a jewelry box or gifted pouch from us) to maintain their shine and quality.
Are your jewelry pieces nickel-free?
Yes — all of our jewelry is 100% nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Are your stones high quality?
Absolutely. We use AAA+ premium Zirconia stones, known for exceptional clarity, sparkle, and long-lasting brilliance.
What makes your materials different from regular fashion jewelry?
We use exclusive, jewelry-grade materials designed to maximize shine and durability.
