Welcome to JewelleryLuxe! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Definitions

a. JewelleryLuxe: the company AsmaraLuxury also operating under the trade name JewelleryLuxe, established at (4001VN) Tiel at the address Burgemeester van welderenstraat 1A, The Netherlands. Business number: 94176671


2. Pricing and Taxes

2.1. All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€).

2.2. For customers within the European Union, prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate.

2.3. For customers outside the European Union, prices are displayed without VAT. Customers are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, or customs charges applicable in their country.


3. Orders and Payments

3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3.2. Payments can be made securely through the payment methods available on our website.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.


4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. JewelleryLuxe aims to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

4.3. JewelleryLuxe is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.4. Once the carrier (such as PostNL, DHL, or Royal Mail) has confirmed delivery — for example, by marking the shipment as “delivered” — the order is considered successfully delivered. From that point onwards, responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer.

4.5. In the rare event that a parcel is lost during transit or reported as not received, no refund will be issued. In such cases, as stated in our policy and in accordance with Dutch law, customers may choose between:

a) a free re-shipment, or

b) a store credit equal to the order value.

4.6. Re-shipped parcels cannot be returned or refunded if the original shipment was marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier.

This policy exists to prevent misuse and applies regardless of whether the customer accepts or refuses the second parcel.

4.7. If a customer chooses not to receive a replacement shipment, only the store credit option remains available.

4.8. By placing an order on jewelleryluxe.com, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that JewelleryLuxe is not liable for claims regarding lost or allegedly undelivered parcels once the carrier has confirmed successful delivery.


5. Returns, Refunds & Promotions

5.1. Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that all items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

5.2. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any potential customs fees for international returns.

5.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items, minus any original shipping costs (if applicable).

A restocking fee of €2 per returned item will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5.4. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. All sales of discounted items are final.

5.5. Free gift items (such as promotional “free with purchase” offers) are considered part of the original order and may only be kept if at least one paid item from the order is retained.

If the entire order is returned, any free gifts received must also be returned in order for the refund to be processed correctly.


6. Warranty and Reporting Damaged Products

6.1. We offer a 12-month warranty on our stainless steel products specifically against discoloration.

6.2. This warranty is limited solely to discoloration and does not cover any other types of defects, damages, or issues.

6.3. Customers are required to report any problems or damages to the product within 48 hours of receiving their order. If a report is not made within this time frame, we cannot provide coverage for damage claimed as wear-and-tear or usage-related issues.

6.4. To make a warranty claim for discoloration or to report a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at info@jewelleryluxe.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

6.5. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

6.6 We offer a 1 month warranty on all products, no matter what the material is.


7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

7.1. Customers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.

7.2. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. JewelleryLuxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8.2. Our total liability to you in connection with any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.


9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.


10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.


11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.

11.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.
